Be a salon manager at a Great Clips salon and lead a vibrant team, shaping the company culture and fostering a supportive environment.
As a salon manager, you'll oversee a dynamic team, drive sales, and create a positive customer experience. You'll also be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists and support staff
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage salon finances, including budgeting and forecasting

    Requirements:

    • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
