Job Description:
About the facility A busy hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum
tenens coverage. About the facility location In Putnam,
Connecticut, experience the quaint charm of downtown with its
antique shops, galleries, and enjoy outdoor events at Rotary Park
for a delightful blend of cultural and recreational activities.
About the clinician's workday This position will have shifts
starting at 7:00 AM and ending when cases are finished. The case
mix includes general and colorectal, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, ortho,
spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE, and GI, with
no heads/neuro, traumas, or open hearts. Pediatric cases are over 1
year old and mostly ENT patients (T&A and M&T). The
supervision ratio is 1/2.5, and charting is done with paper and
pen. Credentialing takes 30-60 days with a CT license in hand or
60-120 days without a CT license. Additional job details
