contracted with Skilled Nursing Facilities and Rehab Centers
throughout the Northeast that strives to provide the best in

flexible schedule Monday through Friday that works best for them
and their assigned building. Our practitioners are vital members of
the Medical Staff and considered primary care leaders, partnering
with nurse managers, administration, and the medical directors to
treat in place, successfully return short-term rehab patients home
and participate in facility initiatives that achieve optimal
