You would be working for a nationally recognized ENR CM firm, in business over 125 years with a regional office in Connecticut. With offices in Penna. Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey. Bonding capacity $650M, current company volume $400M. Connecticut office current volume $40M, with an objective to double the volume during 2025.

The ideal candidate would be a Project Executive, with a proven track record of building and renovating healthcare, higher education and life science projects, ranging from $10M to $100M, located in Connecticut, Westchester and Western Mass.

The other benefit a candidate "Can bring to the table," would be working with my client's business development team, during bid/sales presentations on future projects. (Not making cold calls)
