Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
with expertise in SSIS, Informatica IICS, and advanced SQL.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage complex SSIS packages for ETL
processes
Analyze encounter and claims data to identify operational
inefficiencies and compliance gaps
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for actionable insights and
reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, information systems,
computer science, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience with SSIS or Informatica IICS and
advanced SQL
Hands-on ETL development experience using SSIS
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Teradata, and query performance
tuning
2+ years of experience developing dashboards using Power BI with
expertise in DAX and Power Query
