Job Description:
A company is looking for a Postdoctoral Scientist -
Transcriptomics Foundation Models.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop AI/ML models
for personalized medicine
Analyze and integrate high-dimensional biological data for model
training and validation
Develop scalable statistical and machine learning algorithms using
large-scale transcriptomics datasets
Required Qualifications:
Recent Ph.D. in computer science, artificial intelligence,
bioinformatics, or a related field
Proficient in Python and C/C++
Strong background in developing and optimizing machine learning
algorithms
Experience in analyzing large-scale transcriptomics datasets
Proven track record of impactful research with publications in
top-tier peer-reviewed journals
