BLT is seeking a highly motivated--Leasing Consultant--to join our luxury communities in Norwalk. This is a fast paced, multi-family apartment community, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth!Description of the Leasing Consultant Position:--The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing prospects and residents with exceptional sales and customer service, as well as maintaining awareness of all the happenings within the neighborhood and local rental market.Responsibilities of the Position of Leasing Consultant:Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhoodContributing to desired occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community that result in new leasesBuilding brand loyalty and achieving resident retention goals by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellarUtilizing RealPage property management software to document prospect updates, assist current residents and overall maximize both prospect and resident experienceGenerating awareness, interest, and excitement via social mediaWorking--weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home-both Saturdays and Sundays are required with two days off during the week--Requirements--of the Position of Leasing Consultant:Undergraduate degree preferred, but not--required1+ year of Leasing or--Sales experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProjects a professional sales presentation and imageMotivated team-player with exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBenefits Provided to--the Position of--Leasing Consultant:Compensation package includes:Competitive Pay with Potential for BonusMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Plan401k PlanLife InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick LeavePaid Holidays----Tuition Reimbursement20% Housing Discount at BLT PropertiesBLT is an equal opportunity employerNote for Any BLT Employees: We encourage employees to remain in their current role for a minimum of 6 months before applying for a new position within the company.
