Job Title: IT Support SpecialistJob Description: -We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. Our labs are dynamic workspaces supporting a variety of engineering activities. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive IT support across a diverse client landscape, including Windows, along with accompanying hardware. This will be working in Labs and supporting the Engineers who are working inside the labs. Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide software and hardware support.
• Perform systems maintenance and upgrades.
• Conduct technical implementation reviews with customers and peers.
• Document and review knowledge.
• Identify process gaps and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support infrastructure of small/local environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional work activities with peer groups.
• Communicate with customers regarding systems outages and maintenance activities.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • This Role will require candidates to do some National Travel.
